The UGC NET test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will be conducted in single three hour duration.

Opening of the online portal for submission of Online Application Form for June 2021 UGC-NET

Online Submission of Application Form	9 December 2022 to 17 January 2023 (upto to 05:00 P.M)
Last date of successful transaction of fee through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-Banking/Paytm :	18 January 2023 (up to 11:50 P.M)
Fee Payable by Candidates	General/Unreserved Rs. 1100/- Gen-EWS/ OBC-NCL Rs. 550/- SC/ST/PwD/ Transgender Rs. 250/-
Processing charges & Goods and Services Tax (GST) are to be paid by the candidate, as applicable
Correction in particulars of Application Form on website only	19 to 20 January 2023 (upto 11:50 P.M.)
Downloading of Admit Cards from NTA website	To be announced later on website
Dates of Examination	21 February 2023 to 10 March 2023
Duration of Examination	180 minutes (03 hours) No break between Paper 1 & Paper 2
Timing of Examination First Shift:	First Shift: 09.00 am to 12.00 pm
Second Shift	Second Shift: 03.00 pm to 06.00 pm

How to Apply for NTA UGC NET:

Candidate can apply for UGC-NET December 2022 cycles of UGC NET in Online mode only. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

Candidate has to submit the application form from the official website of National Testing Agency (NTA), www.nta.ac.in. OR https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in

The UGC NET application form submission will be done in following stage
    Application form
    Upload documents
    Exam fee payment
    Print of confirmation page

UGC NET Application Fee :
The mode of UGC NET application fee payment is a Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
General / Unreserved: Rs. 1100/-
Gen-EWS / OBC-NCL: Rs. 550/-
SC / ST / PwD / Transgender: Rs. 250/-

NTA UGC NET Admit Card :
The Admit Card would be issued provisionally to the candidates of December 2022 Cycle of UGC NET, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
The UGC NET Admit Card will be available in the online mode on the official website of NTA i.e www.nta.ac.in. OR https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in .
